Welcome to Piecom! These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using our website and buying from Piecom Store. By shopping with us, you agree to follow these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our site.

Piecom Store sells electronics components online through Piecom (piecom.in). We’re based in India, and these terms are governed by Indian laws.
2. Products and Quality
We test and check every product before sending it to you to make sure it works. Because of this, we trust that what you get is good quality and as described on our site.
3. Orders and Payments
When you place an order, you’re agreeing to buy the items at the listed price. We process payments through Razorpay, our payment partner. Once you pay, we’ll prepare your order and hand it over to Delhivery, our delivery partner, to ship it to you. Prices include taxes unless we say otherwise.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship with Delhivery across India. Delivery times depend on your location, but we’ll give you an estimate when you order. If there’s a delay beyond our control (like weather or strikes), we’re not responsible, but we’ll keep you updated.
5. Returns and Replacements
We don’t accept returns or offer refunds unless there’s a good reason—like the product being damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. We only provide replacements, not refunds. For full details, see our Refund and Return Policy. Here’s the basics:
- No Returns Without Reason: Since we test every product, we won’t take it back just because you changed your mind or don’t give us a clear reason.
- Details Required: You need to tell us exactly what’s wrong (e.g., “it doesn’t work” isn’t enough—explain how).
- Unboxing Video: You must keep a video of you opening the delivery package. Send us this video to prove the issue happened before you touched it.
- Time Limit: Contact us within 3 days of delivery at connect@piecom.in with your order number, reason, and video.
- Process: If we approve the return, we’ll send a replacement after we get the item back and check it—no refunds will be issued.
No video, no details, or no reason? Sorry, no return or replacement.
6. Review Invitations and Consent
We may send you follow-up emails inviting you to review your order to help us improve our products and services. By placing an order, you consent to receiving these review invitation emails. If required by law (depending on your location), we may also ask for your explicit consent to send these emails through a “Customer Consent” option at checkout. You can opt out of review emails at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in the email or contacting us at connect@piecom.in.
7. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Give us accurate info (like your address) so we can deliver your order.
- Use our products properly—don’t blame us if you misuse them.
- Not copy, sell, or mess with our website or products for your own gain.
8. Our Rights
We can:
- Cancel your order if we suspect fraud, stock runs out, or there’s a pricing error.
- Change prices, products, or these terms anytime (we’ll update this page if we do).
- Stop anyone from using our site if they break these rules.
9. Limits on Liability
We try our best, but we’re not perfect. We’re not responsible for:
- Delays or damage caused by Delhivery or things like power cuts or internet issues.
- Problems from you using our components wrong or in ways we didn’t intend.
- Any loss (like money or time) beyond the cost of your order.
Our total responsibility won’t exceed what you paid us.
10. Intellectual Property
Everything on Piecom—like our logo, product images, and descriptions—belongs to Piecom Store. You can’t use it without our permission.
11. Disputes
If something goes wrong, let’s talk first (email us at connect@piecom.in). If we can’t sort it out, any legal stuff will happen in Malappuram, India, under Indian laws.
